We are a growing engineering consulting group approaching our 16-year milestone. We have a diverse history of engineering and designing very interesting, large, and complex mechanical electrical systems for the Oil and Gas and Mining industries. Our experience in the automotive sector and in product development also brings us many challenging and noteworthy projects. We have developed strong relationships with a few large OEM’s that continue to fuel our growth along with many small to mid-size companies.

Roles, Responsibilities and Required Skills.
- Responsible to grow sales pipeline developing new customers and grow existing clientele
- Must have proven sales experience in Engineering industry- Oil Sands, Mining, Automotive or others
- Excellent communication skills, Strong relationship builder
- Strong team player required who can seamlessly work between design teams, purchasing and senior management groups
- Proven ability in listening to the voice of the customer and translating customer requirements into an Engineering Scope of Work
- Position requires a self-starter able to work with minimum supervision
Required Education
- Minimum Mechanical Engineering Degree required along with MBA
- Technical Engineering experience preferred with Professional Engineering License
Experience Required
- Min 15+ yrs. experience working in the Engineering Industry
- Experience in selling services for Mechanical / Electrical products and installations.
- Experience with EPCM projects required.

Roles, Responsibilities and Required Skills.
- Responsible for design development, calculations ensuring design meets client needs
- You will play an important role in interfacing with the client, reviewing and collaborating on designs, confirming existing project scope, and confirming where new scope begins
- Additionally interfacing with engineering leads, project management as required during execution of projects will be another key requirement
- Must have strong design experience along with CAD experience, preferably in Siemens NX
- Able to quickly conceptualize ideas in CAD and thoroughly explain how system will work
- Able to fully develop concepts to final designs and communicate all fabrication and manufacturing information through 2D drawings along with 3D models
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills will also help in interfacing with vendors to get all the required design information along with helping fabricators who manufacture the designs
- Position requires a self-starter able to work with minimum supervision and manage their schedule according to project timeline needs
- Experience with ASME specifications and welding codes CSA W59 a bonus
- Experience with EPCM construction projects required
Required Education
- Minimum Mechanical Engineering Degree required & must be licensed in Province of Ontario
- PMP a bonus

- Min 10-15+ yrs. experience working with design / build operation
